Initiatives to Support Activities
Consideration and support of working styles for seniors
Awareness and values of working styles after the age of 60 years old differ greatly among individuals, and based on our forecast that they will become increasingly diverse in the future, we will formulate and operate a personnel system for senior human resources. In addition to providing individual consultations, we will consider providing comprehensive support, such as providing various types of information, conducting various training, and collecting and matching job information, for employees wishing to work after the age of 60 or older and for employees wishing to work for a life career after the age of 60.
Compliance with the legal employment rate of the people with disabilities
As part of our efforts for corporate social responsibility and diversity, we will continue to strive to expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities throughout the company while complying with the legal employment rate.
