Reliability and Accomplishment
Diamond Realty Management Inc. (DREAM) has been engaged in the real estate investment management business for the over 20 years since its inception as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation in 2004. We have launched two private REITs, a number of private funds, mezzanine debt funds and fund business that utilize real estate security tokens in Japan and have operated private funds, private REIT and mezzanine debt funds in the U.S.
