Fund Business

We have launched real estate fund financed through Security Token Offerings (STOs) in 2024. In the first project, we utilized a specified beneficiary certificate issuing trust to provide large-scale real estate investment opportunities to general investors through a public STO. In the second project, we launched a real estate fund in which equity interests in a GK-TK scheme were tokenized and financed through a private STO from qualified institutional investors (*Disposed as of March 27, 2026). We will continue to take on the challenge of developing new possibilities for real estate investment.
