Fund Business
We have launched our Real Estate Security Token Fund beginning in 2024. The first project utilized a beneficiary certificate issuing trust to provide large-scale real estate investment opportunities to general investors. In the second project, we developed a fund for qualified institutional investors in which equity interests in silent partnerships were converted into security tokens. This is the only system in Japan that allows third-party countermeasure requirements for the transfer of security tokens of equity interest in anonymous associations to be completed on the system. (According to our research as of September 18, 2024.) We will continue to take on the challenge of developing new possibilities for real estate investment.
