Diamond Realty Management, Inc.(DREAM) was established in October 2004 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation with the objective of providing private real estate fund formation and management services to investors in Japan and overseas.

Since then, we have further strengthened our investment management system by expanding our services to include separate account management, U.S. real estate investment, and fundraising using security tokens (STO, Security Token Offering), in addition to real estate private funds, private REITs, and mezzanine investment funds, with funds entrusted from institutional investors such as pension funds, insurance companies, and banks in Japan and overseas, and from business companies.

DREAM's real estate expertise and information gathering capabilities in a variety of sectors, including logistics, retail facilities, residential properties, hotels, offices, and data centers, as well as its global network that leverages the Mitsubishi Corporation Group's extensive industry contacts, enable it to formulate products that meet the needs of investors.
