(DREAM) has been engaged in the real estate investment management business for the over 15 years since its inception as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation in 2004. We have launched two private REITs, a number of private funds and mezzanine funds in Japan and have operated private funds, private REIT and mezzanine funds in the U.S. Our Assets Under Management amount to approximately JPY 830 billion, with the supported of over 200 investors (as of end of June 2022).
