Mezzanine Fund Business

Since 2011, we have been engaged in the mezzanine fund business, which invests in mezzanine debts, which generally are middle risk and middle return compared to equity investments. DREAM Mezzanine Debt Fund Series, the core of our mezzanine fund business, has been structured up to seven (as of September 2020) and was awarded “Real Estate Debt Fund Manager of the Year, Asia Pacific” in 2013 and 2016 with the support of many investors. We also manage multiple separate account funds that meet the diverse investment needs of our investors.
