Support for Balancing Work and Family Life

Basic Philosophy

In order to support employees who work while raising children and caring for nursing care, we will expand our childcare and nursing care-related systems, promote company-wide understanding of these systems, promote the creation of an environment in which everyone can easily use the systems, and implement measures that contribute to promoting women’s active participation not only within the company but also in society as a whole.

Suppport for balancing Work and Childcare

We are expanding our maternity, childcare, and other support systems so that employees can continue to demonstrate their abilities while balancing work and childcare. In addition, we provide various types of support, such as providing opportunities for employees to deepen their understanding of childcare and outsourcing child-care consultation functions, to create a system that enables employees and their families to consult with child-care concerns at an early stage.
