\n Health guidance and nutrition guidance by industrial physicians will be provided as measures against lifestyle-related diseases such as dyslipidemia, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and hyperuricemia, as well as metabolic syndrome.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

\n We will conduct mental health training for employees, including managers, and work to prevent mental illness. We have also established an external consultation desk in partnership with a specialized agency of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which enables employees and their families to receive consultation and counseling at any time via face-to-face, telephone, or email.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Subsidy system for medical checkup costs<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n In addition to conducting regular health checkup in accordance with the Industrial Safety and Health Law, for employees aged 35 or older, we pay a medical check-up fee (up to 80,000 yen combined with health care subsidies, up to 18,000 yen for gynecology checkup, and up to 10,000 yen for reexamination) and recommend that employees undergo medical checkups.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Measures against Infectious Disease<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n We collect and analyze a variety of information on the outbreaks and epidemics of infectious diseases, from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the WHO (World Health Organization), and the CDC (Center For Disease Control and Prevention etc.). We also collaborate with industrial physicians to implement in-house measures against infectious diseases.We are striving to prevent infectious diseases in the workplace, such as by conducting internal group immunization of seasonal influenza vaccines.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n
