In addition, even in the case of properties where utilities costs are borne by tenants, DPR is proactively providing information and making proposals regarding the reduction of GHG emission intensity and the hiring of electric power companies that contribute to the reduction of electricity prices, and has achieved some results.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l-template__layer l-template__layer--third\">\n<div class=\"l-template__layer-inner l-template__layer-inner--third\">\n<div class=\"l-template__layer-head\">\n<h2 class=\"l-template__layer-head-ttl\">Introduction of green leasing<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"l-template__layer-body\">\n<div class=\"c-module-txt\">\n<p class=\"c-module-txt__inner js-txtJustify\">At the properties owned by DPR, it is gradually introducing so-called green leasing, such as recommending the adoption of low-carbon materials and equipment with high energy-saving performance as an environmental measure integrated with tenants when operating and renovating facilities at exclusive part of the buildings.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l-template__layer l-template__layer--third\">\n<div class=\"l-template__layer-inner l-template__layer-inner--third\">\n<div class=\"l-template__layer-head\">\n<h2 class=\"l-template__layer-head-ttl\">Green loan procurement<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"l-template__layer-body\">\n<div class=\"c-module-txt\">\n<p class=\"c-module-txt__inner js-txtJustify\">DPR has procured a total of 53 green loans (total loan amount: 60.7 billion yen, number of financial institutions: 11) as of the end of March 2025, including loans that have already been repaid and funds procured. In addition, the \u201cDREAM Private REIT Inc.(DPR) Green Finance Framework\u201d established by DPR has been awarded the highest rating of \u201cGreen 1 (F)\u201d in the \u201c<a class=\"c-inlinelink c-inlinelink--exlink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jcr.co.jp\/en\/greenfinance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">JCR Green Finance Framework Evaluation<\/a>\u201d conducted by Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd.
