In the first project, we utilized a specified beneficiary certificate issuing trust to provide large-scale real estate investment opportunities to general investors through a public STO. In the second project, we launched a real estate fund in which equity interests in a GK-TK scheme were tokenized and financed through a private STO from qualified institutional investors (*Disposed as of March 27, 2026).
