The first project utilized a beneficiary certificate issuing trust to provide large-scale real estate investment opportunities to general investors. In the second project, we developed a fund for qualified institutional investors in which equity interests in silent partnerships were converted into security tokens. This is the only system in Japan that allows third-party countermeasure requirements for the transfer of security tokens of equity interest in anonymous associations to be completed on the system.
