DREAM Mezzanine Debt Fund Series, the core of our mezzanine debt fund business, has been structured up to nine (as of March 2024) and was awarded \u201cReal Estate Debt Fund Manager of the Year, Asia Pacific\u201d in 2013 and 2016 with the support of many investors.
