About Certification for CASBEE Real Estate

CASBEE (Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency/ Building environment Performance Comprehensive Assessment System ) is a system which evaluate and grade the environmental efficiency of the building.

The three “CASBEE for Real Estate: Logistics” facilities in March 2017 are the first logistics facilities to be officially certified as receiving the “Certification for CASBEE for Real Estate: Logistics Facilities”.
