Potential high-value-added and fast turnaround propertiesy by way of filling up vacancies and retenanting.
 

Private Fund Specialized in Residential Properties (No,2 Fund)
Target portfolio size 33 billion yen
Target size per investment: Approximately 0.5-7.5 billion yen
Target area:Tokyo Metropolitan areas and other main cities
Target asset:Not only in property held entirely by a single person but also in buildings with leasehold interests
Real estate in Japan where main activity is stabilized, residential rental housing that the occupancy rate is at or above 80% at the time of acquisition or expected to exceed 80% within the near-term.
